I had not hook d up correctly with the first one included with pump and filter. When I went to hook it up, it split, and that was a dream come true! I attached correctly this time and, TADAH m, no leaks and spewing of water! I have a Hayward Cartridge filter and it keeps the water so much cleaner and more clear than I ever imagined! I will never go back to a sand filter!
