the bands are a bit on the smaller side than i was expecting. not very soft either. i use them during tennis and didnt find them to be too good at soaking a lot of sweat. needed to change them during the game. i was expecting better based on reviews but i guess for the price i should have known better. fell short of my expectations. i am going back to my adidas and nike bands.

This is a single wristband per package. I personally only need/like one sweatband, so this was a good value for me. I am a petite woman with small wrists and this would also fit someone larger and/or male (3 wide). Snug, comfortable and thick enough to wick sweat. I advise gentle handwashing.

I use it as elbow support when exercising and so far, so good. It's quite thick so it gives me a pretty adequate cushion. One complaint though; it smells really bad.
