Sturdy and solid. A quality loaf pan

This pan works very well for making gluten free bread. The loaf does not rise well so it helps for the loaf to cook correctly when in this size of pan. Quality is good and the pan is very sturdy.

This pan was the perfect size for my gluten-free bread recipes. Loaf released quickly, and pan was easy to wash. Would recommend.

When we needed a specific size pan for a recipe, we found this one. It works well and seems to be very strong. Was a little more expensive than we expected but arrived quickly!

This pan is fine; it is very small when compared to the loaf-pans I normally use (8 or 9 inch by 4.5 or 5.5 inch). However it is exactly what my bread recipe requires and it works fine to make a nice, small loaf of keto-friendly bread.

I read the reviews for this pan and saw some that said it rusted. I thought, if it is stainless steel, that can't be correct, so I bought one pan to check it out. I just went back and looked at the description. One place it says -- Material -- Stainless Steel but in the heading, it says Tin plated steel. Clearly, doesn't agree. It is not stainless steel!The first thing I did was put it in the dishwasher. I couldn't believe it, after one washing, it had rust spots all over it. How can they even sell this piece of junk?? I surely am not keeping this pan. I grind my own wheat and have made my own bread for over 30 years. I have never had a bread pan do this before. Things get cheaper and cheaper. FYI -- I see a number of reviewers talk about what they do so the bread won't stick. Here is the best tip someone gave me years ago and it works like a charm. Order liquid lecithin. Mix 1/2 cup lecithin and 1 cup liquid vegetable oil. I keep it in a jar in the refrigerator. Brush it over the pan. Use this for greasing anything--it works like magic. Wheat bread is extremely sticky; I used to have to use Crisco to keep it from sticking. Now I just brush the pan, bake the bread, turn the pan over and the bread drops right out. Like Magic.
