I shave my head so when I sweat it tends to be a ton of water and that normally finds it's way to my hearing aid (normally just 1) and I walk around feeling like someone has their hand over my ear.. This fix that AND the wind noise that you hear when the wind is roaring by or you have the windows down and all you hear is wind... This stopped that wind noise. Only complaint... They tend to slip off more, pop above my ears. But manageable.

Good product for keeping hearing aids clean and keeps sweat off too. My husband says they make wearing the hearing aids more comfortable too.

The small hole was too tight for my ear inserts. Would have to remove the insert cushion and retaining tab - both of which fit by compression - removing them off on for cleaning would probably loosen them too much. Fixed the issue by trimming off a section of the small end (see picture). Insertion is much more reasonable like that and they stay on fine. I like this option much better than theirs of turning it around. Reduces wind roar (driving with window open at higher speeds) very well. Batteries have not gotten wet from sweat, yet, after a couple moderate sweats. Ordered a second set. Can't give 5 stars to something I had to alter to use. Also a bit pricey for what it is.

I sweat a lot and it kept causing my hearing aids to shut off because the microphones got wet. This eliminates that problem. I also wear them when it is forecasted to rain. Hearing aids are not cheap, and I want to protect them as much as possible. Definitely worth the 20 bucks!

These are great! No more hunting for an lost hearing aid. One cant imagine whats it like to hunt for an hearing aid and the owner has no idea what they did with it. The clip works really great by staying and not being able to unlatch it without taking an extra step of unlocking it first; can be a pain, but its worth it in the end. One does have to take the sleeve off to recharge them at night. The other thing you need to be careful is when wearing a mask, not to grab the line for the protection line. Its a matter if its worth stressing over in a misplaced/lost hearing aid or not.
