This is an excellent woofer. Rich Punchy sound without any distortion. I have this paired with a PT2C-8 ribbon tweeter crossed over at 2000hz and with a L-pad on the tweeter. I used a ta2022/ne5532 diy amp and focusrite 6i6 to power them. I showed this setup to my audio engineering club and they said it is easily the equivalent of an 1200$ or more monitor setup. Highly recommended.
