If you're an athlete who uses it tape a lot or wraps this is a good a product. Helps the tape stay on longer and it makes it more durable you could say. I love it though, as an athlete who uses kt tape a lot during my tournaments, this helps out a lot. Definitely recommend! Also note that you should keep it at room temperature or it'll go bad.

I sweat a lot and must wear k tape on my knee. The k tape comes off during running however when I spray this spray on my knee before hand the tape does not come off.It does leave a residue on knee but it's easily washed off

This definitely does it's job. Just be sure the area is hairless before you apply because it really does make tape stick!
