If you are reading the reviews and saying "oh no! so many negative reviews are saying these pants are huge!" and are wondering what size to order or if you should order them at all... Well I have attached photos of the Cherokee brand size charts so you don't have to wonder. As you can see, the LETTER sizes on Cherokee's size charts don't match up with a standard US size chart. For example, I wear a US size 18 which would typically translate to letter sizes XXL or 2x. However, if I go by my number size, an 18 on this Cherokee brand size chart would have me order a letter size XL. In addition to that, my normal inseam is 33" so I would need to order the XL Tall, because Cherokee size chart says Tall inseam is 33-34" length. It appears that Cherokee's Petite inseam length is 27.5 - 28.5", and Regular inseam length is 30 - 31" for reference. As someone who reads reviews to help me decide if I want to order an item or not, this listing is one that I will not rely on the negative reviews. Most of the negative reviews are people who ordered pants based on their standard letter size, even though this Cherokee brand size chart is sized differently. If you go by the Cherokee size chart, you might have better luck finding a good fit for these pants. I hope this helps a little bit. As for my personal review of this style of Cherokee pants... I ordered the size XL Tall, and it fits just fine. These give a little extra wiggle room which I kind of like. For reference I'm number size US 18, my height is 5'10", and I weigh somewhere around 235 lbs. I have a large butt, and thicc thighs. My inseam is 33". The Cherokee brand size XL Tall in this style of pants is a little bit too tall for me, so I could probably hike these pants up a bit or get them hemmed. These pants cover my bum and are loose enough on my thighs for comfort to move around in. If you want a more fitted scrub pants, these are probably not the style for you. These are comfortably loose all around. I don't work in a field that requires these for work. I actually got them because I needed some comfortable cotton blend pants due to a severe eczema flare up. My legs are covered in itchy skin and unfortunately even some scratch wounds. If you've ever dealt with eczema, the struggle is real. I don't want to live in cotton pajama pants all the time, and would like to leave the house looking like a normal person at some point. These pants allow me to be comfortable and feel normal again. I have to say goodbye to my polyester pants and replace them with cotton blends. I appreciate that these are affordable so I can buy a few of them for my wardrobe update. I hope this review helps someone with their decision.
