It is easier to put together with two people. It works very well.

I think this is a great product. The one problem is that the square is too high for a strike zone. If you lower the square on the net it ends up being on the angled leg area and it pops the ball up. Perhaps if I had to do it over maybe I would have gotten something with a strike zone in the right spot. Otherwise, this backstop works rather well.

Very solid product. Easy to assemble the netting and tubes. My kids really enjoy it as it lets them work on several items. Wish i had a way to sturdy it more as the ground is very hard here in Alabama during the summer time and the stakes just bend. Other than that, great product.

This was the second rebounder we've tried and it works very well. Our daughter's season was throttled by the coronavirus, like so many other athletes. With courts closed and social distancing in place, it's been difficult to do any drills or practice. She's really enjoyed using this rebounder.

I paid about $60 for this...If I had paid over $100 I'd expect a bit more but for the money it's pretty good. I use it for a portable hoop b-ball return/passer.And for what I'm using it for it's great. It helps to return what can be some pretty funky bounces on makes. For a passer...it's not great. It's too light weight for the heavy basketball and the force of a pass into it, so I'd say use it for a rebounder. Probably works great w baseball/softballs though I have not tried. Fairly easy to assemble. I will bring inside after reading other reviews as I think the bands would deteriorate over time in the elements.

I wish I was younger. Purchasing this for my son was not exactly something I wanted to do. I have probably bought, assembled and been frustrated by at least four "pitch-backs". The materials were shoddy and weak. The instructions barely legible and the fit of the parts was always an issue. Not the case with this pitch-back. Real steel tubing of a thickness that I would consider "beefy". Every part fit snuggly and securely into place and the double net at the top provides confidence for throwing hard and not worrying about damaging or breaking the unit. Very easy to angle the top for grounders or pop flies. Rugged and reliable. A well constructed piece.

A couple of the "pipes" were tough to get together but over all easy to assemble and kids are using it every day.

We bought this for our grandson. He wanted to play immediately so we put it together in a matter of minutes. He has already had many hours of practice and entertainment with it. It provides different options for bounce backs and is well constructed.

This is a sturdy well made product, but it doesn't pitch back as well as the ones I remember as a kid. Most of the return balls come back as grounders no matter how you set it.

The reviews that lead me to spring for this pitchback were spot on! Excellent quality - in fact, it's probably better than the pitchback I had 40 years ago. Thick, solid aluminum frame with over-engineered hardware at the hinge joint. Bungie, hooks and net all appear robust as well. Storing mine out of the high altitude sun just in case. I can see how the net construction could confuse the assembler - it doubles back on itself on the top third...no need to cut it apart as I read in one review. My overall impression is this pitchback was designed for use in a school athletic program - made to last and take abuse.

We bought this for our 8 year old grandson and hoped it would "fit the bill" and it sure did. It is stable and also allows our granddaughter to use it as a soccer net. The kids love it and that was all we were looking for along with being a really useful "practice" session.

This pitch back has proven to be very sturdy and up to its job. Mine arrived without assembly or user instructions. I was able to build it using the photo on the box but step-by-step instructions would have made the job much quicker.

Good pitchback of solid construction. I've had it for a few weeks and my son enjoys playing with it. The bottom of the pitchback gives a solid return to chest height on a thrown ball, the top section would be better for practicing groundballs. The top section can be adjusted to give either a higher or lower return throw but if you want to catch line drives or pop ups you'd be better off throwing at the bottom section. As another reviewer mentioned I had to cut a piece of the netting in order to properly attach it to the metal poles. The netting was the correct size but the top and bottom sections had a string connecting them that made it impossible to connect properly. Once the satring was cut the netting could be attached.

My son uses it for baseball - practices pitching, daughter uses it for lacrosse. No complaints. easy to set up, easy to use. Seems relatively sturdy and durable. Good purchase.

Seems like a very sturdy product. It is relatively large so I am not yet sure how portable it is in an SUV. A pickup truck would allow you to keep it together. When transporting it in an SUV, one may have to partially disassemble the screen and the netting and then reassemble at the desired location.Note that the instructions are quite cryptic. Be sure to install bungees on the tubes first before assembling them together. The instructions don't tell you where but you can look at pictures on the box to try and figure it out. The pushbutton tubes make assembly and disassembly of the tubes very easy. The netting is the difficult part to deal with during assembly. The oval one piece netting is the upper portion of the screen. There is a strong line of netting that is used to hook into with the bungee cords. The position of the ribbon for a strike zone shown on the screen is for a giant man. Little leaguers will have a much lower strike zone that will extend mostly below the half way point of the net. I only gave it four stars. If it was more portable so I could use it at team practices (e.g. if the legs of the Y-tubes could fold together), it would receive five stars. I expect it will be good practice to get my pitchers ready to field after pitching the ball.

It works, kind of...The center of this pitch back is a dead spot. The ball will barely come back half way. The ball returns at unpredictable angles, which is not a desired feature of this particular one.I have an Adidas one also which is much better. I wanted to try out some others. Keep shopping.

We had purchased a similar product which was half the price of this. There was definitely a difference. This product has held up so far (3 months) of pretty continuous use from both a baseball and a soccer ball. Actually being used at the same time from the two different sides. I have not had problems with the provided ground spikes as others have described. They have held the unit down pretty well so far. Maybe we have denser dirt.
