This thermal switch which is used with our hot water heater, has given us trouble for many years. For some reason, every year or so, the thermal switch trips and when it is reset, still keeps tripping. When you install a new one, the same thing happens after a period of time. I want to make it clear that it is not the fault of the supplier. I believe it is a problem related to the hot water heater itself, not the supplier of the switch.

Had an issue where my water heater pilot light would go out every 4-10 hours. Replaced the Thermal Switch (which took literally 5 minutes) and now the issue is resolved.
