There's a gel donut in the heel that can be rotated to customize it to your liking. There's also a gel pad under the ball of the foot area that may come loose at some point. I change my insoles often so it came loose in my boots and caused me a lot of frustration. I have to wait until I'm off work for a few days and try to glue it back in place. I really think that it would be better if that piece was eliminated in the manufacturing.

These boot are expertly made and withstands the daily pressures that I put on them. I will definitely buy them again!

They are a little stiff at first, but after you break them in they are very comfortable. They work well in rain, snow and kept my feet warm during temperatures well below zero(-40). Worth spending a little more money when you're on your feet all day.

I work a job on my feet all day. Walking, maneuvering on tile, rubber mats and carpet- I keep buying these boots! I tried cheating out and buying a pair by another manufacturer and that resulted in plantar fasciitis. Switching back to the Bates Deltas was immediately worth it.These boots last me anywhere between 6-10 months at a time depending on the work I'm doing. I just ordered another pair and realized this pair has lasted me nearly a year!I have an issue with my ankles rolling and these boots keep me from falling down like a puppet with its strings cut.Don't cheap out.If you're going to be on your feet- whether you're hauling 90 lb loads back and forth, scampering around among debris and cables, or patrolling the same 12x12 stretch all day- Wear these boots!

These Boots are the best I have ever owned. Really comfortable and one woman even Co. Plimentedtgeand said those are coo boots and they can be used fashionably. I agree in or ouou inform these boots are way wortbuying. So far they have been sturdy had saved me from slipping several times and they are very comfortable.

These boots are extremely comfortable. Im looking forward tobeeaking them in and making them even more comfortable.I wear 10.5 in 5.11 ATACs, but when I bought Deltas in 10.5, it was too big. I had to go down to 9.5 and now it feels right.The height is good and the lower back and makes it easier to walk.The sole feels snug yet comfortable. Laces are easy to tie and the side zip makes it very easy to put on and off.I will see how the treads wear out and will update as I go!

Most comfortable work boot Ive ever worn. The stiching is not the best but the comfort I get is worth it. A little pricey, but again, worth it given the level of comfort on my feet.

These boots are great I bought them for winter outdoor activities. If your normal size is tight then a thick sock might not work for you. Regular socks they for great.

I am exceptionally tough on boots and have owned quite a few brands, 10 miles a shift will do it, and am impressed how well these held up. I've owned a few in this price range, Timberland Pro and Doc Matrin For Life, and these held up better then the Tims, they backslid in quality the second pair, and provide better support then the Docs. Will buy again.
