Worked perfectly as a direct replacement for the element in my Trinity Apollo 11. Was an identical unit. Heats to 104F without issue.

Worked great on my NEO 2100 Spa Pack for my swim spa. My heater tube had thermocouples at each end and I had to remove one to replace heater. Also it will be a tight fit but it will go.

Installed this to replace old heater in Viking hot tub. Easy install, heats quickly and maintains heat in 20 degree outside temperature. The best part is how quickly it increases the temperature. I can keep my hot tub at 80 degrees to save money and then crank it to 100 degrees within an 1.5 hours even when its below 32 outside. Highly recommend.

Bought this to replace a failed HydroQuip-branded 4.5KW unit. Element went in with minimal effort and is working as expected. No problem using this 5.5KW unit in place of the 4.5KW unit originally included with our HydroQuip spa pack. The price for this was VERY reasonable and the quality looks to be just as good as the original it replaced. Should help us get a few more years out of our sixteen year old spa.

This fit my 2006 Vita spa perfectly. Easy to take out and install just the element so I didn't have to replace whole part.

Hot tub wasn't heating up so I used a ton of google and YouTube to try and diagnose the problem. The heater casing very explicitly says not to exchange the heating element, but I could see the element was all busted up. And I am a rebel. A cheap rebel. Replacing the element was fantastically easy (thank you internet) and got the hot tub running again without a technician and for under $50. 4 months in and tub is working great! Also no one has been electrocuted. Very happy!

My first attempt to install leaked through the housing which was quite dangerous because it became energized by the terminals nearby. I then reinstalled using 100 silicone and works great now.
