The leaves from this commonly grown cane fruit have been invaluable to women through the ages! It's often taken for cramps, heavy periods, and general wellness. Raspberry leaf is a pleasant-tasting herb, but don't expect it to taste like the fruit! Instead, it is more earthy, much like a green tea but without the caffeine. For a caffeine free raspberry leaf tea, steep the leaves in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
