This works very well for dying something red, but I couldn't find instructions on the Azure website or elsewhere on how much to use. The color was a deep red.

This is really good! Beets are so good for our health but I don't want to eat them every day. Adding a couple of teaspoons of this to my smoothies makes it easy to get the benefits. It does taste exactly like beets, but you use so little it really blends in nicely with a fruit smoothie.

We used to get raw beets for my husband's smoothies but it's some trouble so we just put a spoonful of this beet powder into the blender with berries and frozen bananas and spinach and an apple and orange and my husband is good till dinnertime.

This is not going to taste like a fruity drink. It's beets. Beets taste earthy. I happen to like the taste. This product is excellent. I mix it with the stevia sweetener I buy from Azure sometimes and it goes down just fine. Price is excellent compared to what you will pay for the popular brand.
