I bought this to handle my pizza dough balls as I make my pizza. There are two problems with this specific scraper for this specific use case:1. It is very sharp so it actually scratched my pizza proofing plastic tray and puncher my dough balls2. It has no flexibility so it is really hard to separate dough balls from each other in order to “scoop” them with this toolIf you use it to work with dough straight on a hard surface it might work, but don't buy it as a pizza dough scraper. It will most likely not work for you.

I loved how perfect the edge is and I bought the chocolate molds to use them with. I can't wait to try my new molds.
