I like the aeration patern. The item is fragile where it is connect to the hose. First one broke easily.

They are super easy to use, work great, lots of bubbles but after about six months the bubble flow went way down. I took them out, cleaned them, but they still have way less bubbles. Also the air hoses are so light they hang in the water and block fish. I wish someone would make line weights for these things!

I like this air ratator,, especially after buying 6 of them over the year. Only because the Racoons thought they were great emery boards or good for a great toy. They stole them off the tubing. They have a hole in the middle, to tie them to something in case of a thief or at the murky bottom. Two is overkill for my 500 gallon pond, but worked well throughout the past year in snow.

I have a fair size (3500 gallons) pond and had tried everything to keep the pond from freezing over and the water is much clearer in the heat of summer too. much healthier for my fish

I have two ponds side by side in my back yard and I do have the double Aeration. I bought this replacement because I thought one was going bad. But once I took it out the pond and cleaned it with bleach and hot water... it works fine - So now I just happen to have a replacement because will not be returning them... Guess it's good to have a spare!
