Looks to be a quality built and sturdy cup holder. Appears to be made from strong ABS plastic and has zero metal parts, which is a big plus if you intend to use these on a boat or any place exposed to the elements. The screws that come with it are not stainless steel, highly recommend tossing them and using high quality stainless steel ones for any outdoor applications. Only initial concern is that the teeth used to adjust the cup holder diameter and tention will become quickly impacted with debris and/or worn down and no longer hold the cup securely in place during boat/vehicle movement.I can't comment on long term durability as the holders didn't end up working for the particular project that I'm working on so I am returning them. But if I find myself needing something like this again, I would not hesitate to order these again.

It is what it appears to be--a bolt-on replacement for that broken drink holder on your boat. Quality was comparable to what was previously installed and bolt holes aligned with the original ones. Very pleased with the fit, finish and quality, would buy again.

I bought these for my 1995 Jaguar convertible, which has no cup holders. We chose to mount them on door right next up the speakers. They look original rather than like an add-on accessory. They are good for holding a can of soda or a small bottle of water. However, the bottle clamps, which swing open, are not strong enough to restrain the heavier, tall stainless steel water bottle I prefer to use. I'd also be concerned about putting a large cup of coffee in the holder and it holding firmly enough to avoid falling out. I'm going to experiment with some method to hold these larger bottles securely but allow me to easily pull the bottle out. Overall it's a good option if you don't prefer larger bottles.

Great for RV and boat use. Have tried the kind where the arms to hold the drink in place slide open side-to-side. The arms on this brand that rotate work better. A must for any RV or boat user.

Right away you notice the plastic parts are MUCH thicker (in general) to other products. I have this mounted inside of my car door which is my ONLY cup holder. I ALWAYS open/close it every day. It has not deteriorated and continues to keep a positive 'feel' and position (arms, open/closed). I have kicked it while it's open a couple times due to the mounting location with no indication it was even close to being damaged. I expected the 'Arms' to be a weak point but mine still works looks like new. However mine is NOT subjected to outdoor or sunlight conditions.

I bought this cup holder and a Camco made in China cup holder. This made in the USA cup holder is defiantly worth the extra two bucks, it's thicker, stays closed instead of unfolding when closed and actually fits larger cups very well. If I ever need another one this is the one I'll buy.

Needed an additional cup holder in the truck. Screwed this to center console. Sturdy, secure, folds up out of the way when not in use. We like it.

There are several of these available that all look alike. I was not sure if they were all from the same manufacturer with different brands stamped on them or if some are good quality and others cheap imitations. I still don't know about the others, but these are good. I got what I wanted with this product and can tell you to go ahead and stop looking if you are having the same questions I did. This is very well made -- good strong plastic, not the brittle type. It is easy to install with either two-sided tape, or as I did, with screws through the pre-set holes. The arms hold my coffee cup or drink bottle very securely, and still are easily adjustable. It folds up firmly when I want it out of the way. I love the concept of this cup holder, and just wanted good quality. I got it and can recommend it whole-heartedly. I will buy more as needed.
