Instructions for proper fit should be more helpful. It really holds my back from hunching over and eases my back pain enormously. How long can I wear it in one stretch?

I love this brace. I have arthritis that causes me quite a bit of back pain and tightness. I put this on when I'm in pain and it helps a great deal. The only issue I've had is the Velcro started not adhering very well after several months. I contacted the company and they replaced it right away.

From Spouse. I had this in my wish list for a while. Then my back and shoulder pain was bad enough one day to make the purchase. I didn't really expect much. I am right between on the size chart, but went for the small/medium. It is adjusted as large as it will adjust and fits great. This is very soft. Very comfortable. I was surprised at how easily it pulled my posture into place. Really surprised! I wore it all day. Most of the time, wasn't aware I had it on. Would glance in a mirror every once in a while and amazed at my posture. It was comfortable while working at the computer. Glad I purchased this. I would recommend it. I do think it will take a while of good posture to see more positive long lasting progress on my back however.

This is an awesome product! I absolutely love it ! Very comfortable, lightweight and pretty pink color. You can feel your posture straighter as soon as you put it on. I try to wear for several hours while I am at home. It really helps you stand and sit differently.

Bought this for my young teen daughter. She is wearing with no complaints. Its easy to adjust and she had no issue figuring it out. I would recommend.

It was more comfortable than I expected. It took a while to get all the straps tightened and in correct position. That was probably MY fault, not a flaw in the product. Once I got it on correctly, it was unexpectedly comfortable and felt good to sit up straight and pull my shoulders back where they're supposed to be. Overall, I would recommend it if you're posture is slouching or if you have back pain from the way you're sitting all day. It's not an overnight fix, but if you were it consistently, I think it will help.

I tried comfy brace first, but I much preferred this one as it has the extra band across the chest which takes some of the pressure off of the armpit area. I try to wear it 1-2 hours a day in an effort to correct my hunching and forward head position (text neck). I've been using it for a few moths now and it's holding up very well.

The corrector is supportive and does its job. You still have to be mindful of your posture but this definitely helps to provide that reminder and support as you get started.

This posture corrector is of good quality, nice color and with minimal odor. However, it was more binding than I thought it would be. It dug into my diaphragm and armpits. I was hoping it would work out, but I'll be returning it.

The Viacorrect Upper Back Brace does keep your shoulders back. It does not correct posture, but encourages you to sit or stand straight. I sit at a computer for many hours, and I find I don't slump while I wear this. On the first day my neck ached while wearing it, but the next day was pain-free. After 1 hour the straps dug into where my arm meets my chest, so I put a cloth there to cushion it and all is well. For this reason I don't wear it when I'm out and about. I was a little confused the first time I put it on; but once I adjusted the straps, it is now quite easy. I think I will be pleased with this item.
