I like the comfort it's not to stiff.First day worn it helped my lower back from aching while standing.

Our family is moving and I usually end up over doing it at some point. I bought this back brace a couple weeks ago and I love it. So Comfortable I don't really want to take it off. It gives the support I need to not get hurt or pull muscles.

I have been suffering from severe lower back pain due to two herniated Discs, and sciatica pain. Once Ireceived this brace, within 20 minutes, I gained relief. This brace is soft enough to bend and move about.The other two braces I had were very stiff and limited my movements. I truly recommend it.

I have serious problems with my low back, and this brace not only helps to relieve some of the pain, but is a great support, and aides in keeping me bending too much.

I didn't have high expectations when I ordered this to help me with back pain related to being a professional caregiver. However, I wore it for a shift and was amazed that I did not have the pain I usually have afterwards! This is a game-changer for me, as I was wondering how I would keep doing this career as I age. Now, I know. Not only do I do pilates every day, and stretches, and be careful how I lift and work on my posture, and many other things to help with muscle pain - but now I have this back brace to really put the icing on the cake and actually be pain-free! I'm excited. I ordered another brand at the same time to try them both, and this one was the best.

Already have back problems from an accident a very long time ago. A few months ago, bent over and have been suffering miserably. Bought this and it is working. I feel better and I can move without being in pain. Sciatica has subsided and lower back pain is more manageable. THANK YOU!

The minute I put it on I felt great support! It definitely helps for my lower back pain. It is very comfortable when in your feet. Not too comfy when I sit, but I always take it off anyways. I've had various back braces and this is honestly one of the best one's I've bought. The velcro on this one is aldo holds very good compared to other Brands. I would highly recommend this brace but make sure that you take your measurements before ordering.
