This brace focuses on lift and movement in my lower and lower mid back. That adjustment allows me to do more through the day without giving up to my debilitating pain. The device seems to be made of quality materials. It is so much lighter and contains less of the oversized plastic supports than that of my other medical braces provided to me after back surgeries.I upsized one level as I was close to next size. This has proved to be better fitting for me so far. (My daughter liked it too)Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality back brace.

I don't actually know why this brace didn't work, it just didn't. I had bought a different style from another company and it worked so well and I thought this would be better because of the large stiff support in the back. But it just didn't work. After mopping the floor my back hurt no difference from when I didn't wear a back brace at all.

Helps a lot with my lower back pain I would rate this as one of my best purchases. Get it if you lift heavy stuff at work, home etc and if you suffer from lower back pain it will definitely help.

This brace gives you the perfect amount of support for lower back pain, the best thing is that it has a pulley system that can be adjusted so that you can have more or less support as the day goes on. This really helps with pain that is happening at the lower back. I wish it would have helped me with the pain in the back my former employer was, specially when she risked my life so that her spoiled 30 something year old daughter could get a party dress never mind we had just been hit by a devastating hurricane.
