Our church purchased this keybox on July 11, 2024. It arrived and we installed it. A little over a month later the batteries ran out and it stopped working. It could not be opened electronically. It came with a tubular lock to which we were not supplied the key. When we contacted them by phone at the number on their website to obtain a key to unlock it, the phone rang on multiple occasions for nearly an hour without being answered. We then sent emails to all of their listed emails for product support amp; customer support without ever being answered. We still cannot get to our keys locked in their useless keybox. Buyer beware ... do not buy from these people ... if you ever have a problem you will be left out in the cold. I've never written a negative review before but feel compelled to do so here!

It worked fine for about a year (light use, rarely opened). Then one day the lock jammed and bolt's wouldn't remove to open. I got the backup key and after struggling with it for a few minutes finally managed to get the bolts to retract. But then the key was stuck and would not come out. I spent quite awhile trying to get the key out which I finally did but then the bolts were locked extended again (door open this time). So basically the lock just totally failed and became useless without any warning. I was lucky to be able to open it and get my keys out since initially it jammed while closed and the key didn't work easily. Will never trust this brand / model again.

Not a bad box considering price. I was impressed by the weight of it being of heavy Guage metal. Comes with anchors, batteries and detailed instructions. Very solid piece. Use level before marking holes to drill for anchors and will be perfect. I installed onto concrete blocks. Need an extra hand to hold while leveling/marking holes. Its actually pretty heavy.

Amazing heavy duty lock box. I dropped it on cement and the cement cracked but the lock box was not damaged. Easy to set up and program. Package was missing the wood screws but that's minor
