The assembly was a bit of a job but once together it is much better than standard patio heater. Well made and is not an eye sore. Have seen this brand in alot of establishments that have outdoor seating. I recommend it.

For the most part, I was very pleased. Well packaged, decent instructions, went together easily, exceptThe brackets that hold the gas output device were all "squished", and as a result, the emitter was nowhere near centered under the hole. Fifteen minutes with pliers and pry bars got it pretty much corrected - but that should not have been necessary. Works great now.

And I would also say the flame is beautiful. It puts out a nice amount of heat, however we have the advantage of a high stucco roof top over us which helps reflect the heat. They are tall and nice looking and the square base is so much more steady than the round ones in wind. The reflector at the top is a bit small to effectively reflect the heat in my opinion. We definitely feel the difference for the units that are in the open air patio. Note that in the highest setting your average propane tank will only last around 8 hours so clearly there is quite a bit of output there, although debatable on how efficient that is. I wish that there was one side where the grate just came off with a pull up instead of having to unscrew simply for cleaning's sake as the glad tube gets dirty very quickly and spiders LOVE to build webs in the grates themselves.Overall I do love the mood and warmth these create and am happy with the purchase.

We bought 2 heaters both of them missing. Parts so we contacted the manufacturer they responded asked for photos which we did they send some parts out not the parts we need now we are stuck with them not responding
