They're pretty easy to slide on, especially if you get them wet. You definitely won't be able to walk with them on, but they give a really good stretch. My physical therapist recommended getting a pair to help rehab a broken ankle and I'm happy with them. Will keep using them to keep my toes happy and healthy!

These are amazing. They make your feet feel soooooo nice and stretched. I recommend these to all my friends and they also LOVE them. I will be taking these on every Disney trip we take to give my feet a nice stretch at the end of the day. Highly, highly recommend these!

I use them each night - bunion is much less aggravated. I look forward to using them and there is a deep release in knees, low back. Drastically reduced Charlie horses. Cramps so bad I must 'walk them off' at night or massage out. Yoga toes has me convinced they help to relax. I walk a ton - and am very active. Helped reduce swelling on top of foot too.

I love this toe separator. It is comfortable to use and gives your toes a good stretch. I like to put it on when I lay down and forget about it, it does the magic!

I have narrow, women's size 7 feet. These are to big for my feet. I struggle to get them on (I do at then first) and have them stay on my 4th and 5th toes. When I do get them on, they are painful, which I understand is expected in the beginning. I'm going to keep trying to use them. Hopefully my toes will expand.

I unexpectedly received inflamed nerve relief the first time I used these. I have some numbness on the tip of my big toes apparently from wearing shoes that were too small. Some feeling came back after my first use with these. Not favorite though for tailors bunions.

Like this on working at my toes to separate. It was tiff to put my toes in, but that is way I got it to separate them.

Purchased for my friend because her 2nd toe was crossing over her big toe on both feet. She's worn them to bed about 10 nights and the difference is SIGNIFICANT!! It is a painful process but it's working!! Optimistic for a full recovery without surgery- it's a miracle!!

I have an arthritic bunion that hurts nearly all the time and swells up when I'm really active. I put these on anytime I sit down and I can feel the blood rushing into the area that was 'squished'. My foot starts to tingle and get warm. These are awesome.

This product has a nasty chemical smell. Your feet absorb chemicals readily, thereforeI am not comfortable with exposing myself to whatever that is. Also, the product did not stretch my toes to a noticeable degree (I have very flexible feet). The material is fairly squishy and not firm/wide enough for a proper stretch. Anyway, the bottom line is that the price is RIDICULOUS for such a simple/smelly device. My foot pain had me desperate to give anything a shot, but this one is a dud for me. I'm sticking with my cheap foam toe separators.

these spreaders are aggressive, as they need to be to do their job. Much heavier duty than my previous set, which the dog chewed to pieces. Not the easiest to get on my stubby, Fred Flintstones toes, but that's the drill. These babies, plus shoes bought in a wide width, are my new thing to free my toes from entrapment.

Unsure how to rate this product for comfort, pain relief and ease of movement since the whole point of these things is NOT comfort. Theres a learning curve to putting them on and very glad they are soft silicone and not a hard plastic. I like them, they are good at splaying the toes out....
