The band was shipped promptly and arrived fast. Great value, great product! The band is well built and has the resistance I was expecting. Great for hip abductors and other uses. Thanks

I'm using this to build up strength in my legs, though these would be great for a number of uses. I'm starting with the green and I will work up to using the blue. It arrived in minimal packaging, but in perfect condition, and quickly.
