• What should I do after I place my custom order?

  After placing the order, you should pay attention to our email, which will confirm the products, shipping information, and other order information with you.

  And we will send you a rendering according to your customization request. Once you confirm that the renderings are feasible, we will start to produce your customized products. The quicker you can respond with approval or changes, the more time we can spend focused on printing and deliver the perfect product as soon as possible.

  In addition, we will send you an estimated production day and transition day. If you have any deadline to get the item, please feel free to let us know.
