These are individual flashing LEDS they randomly flash no pattern of flashing. These are exactly like the old fashion twinkle lights.

Bought 3 of the purple twinkle LED 50 light sets - they are beautiful. The color is between a lavender and true purple, not a deep dark purple. Only a portion of the lights twinkle so it is such a calming display. I had to wait until we tried them for a month during Halloween in order to give a fair review. So impressed that I am buying the blues for Christmas.

I have several Vickerman lights and I've always had great luck with them. They haven't gone out on me and I can't say that about lights from other companies. These yellow lights have a very soft, almost like candlelight. They are just the right amount of brightness, too

I found it very difficult to find a strand of random twinkling led lights - these are fantastic- I love them - the strand is long and bright and exactly what I was looking for to light up a large planter box full of greenery and dogwood twigs - very pleased

These lights are the perfect example of the word twinkle. They are not blinking or intermittent or chasing or obnoxious. About every 5th bulb or so gently comes on then goes off, very tasteful. It's like looking at the actual stars in the night sky. They look beautiful on my wreath.Very happy with my purchase. Would purchase again without hesitation.

The color is beautiful and the lights twinkle. I used them for my mantle and the small bulbs and number of bulbs fit beautifully. I love them. They are a great addition to my Christmas decorations.
