Adhesive is not very good and the part you peel off isn't very easy to grab.

These envelopes are helpful for sending out lots of invoices where the address is on the invoice already. Window is appropriately placed for standard mailers and envelopes are not see though. Peel and stick closure is another plus

The plastic windows tear out easily when stuffing the envelop. In ten years of hand stuffing envelops I haven't encountered this even once. In my box of 500 it happened dozens of times. My box also contained a "v" shaped smear across the front of many of the envelops, making the envelops look dirty. On the plus side the tear off gumming works well and and toner adherers well to the paper.
