Bought for my grandsons birthday Jun 2022. Within a few months, using charging cable that came with device, the port melted (common issue, see other reviews). Reached out to Meta in Dec 26, 2022 to start warranty, provided all details their site stated they needed. Didn't hear anything from an actual Meta representative until following up a LOT. Have been playing a back and forth game where they keep claiming they need more info. Have sent pictures of not only burnt port but entire device, invoice number, serial number (including pic of serial number/box). Now today they are saying they need the emailed receipt or order number from their website. I didn't buy it from their site, but rather here via THEIR store! They didn't send an email, invoice, etc. All I have is my order number. Please beware if you are thinking of buying this. Will be at your own risk as Meta does not appear to honor their stated 1 year warranty. I wish I had paid more attention to other reviews that talked about the horrible customer service. This product is NOT worth the headache. But, I am going to keep hounding them for a replacement. And, will tell everyone I can to steer clear of any Meta product.

Awesome, but there are so many setups for MS Flight sim 2020 otherwise i would have given the goggles a 5 star rating.

My brother was thrilled to receive one of these from me, and it was entertaining for usto see him use it.

I love this game!!!!!!!!!! The headset is a little heavy, but other than that I love it!! I play it everynight.

My daughter received this for Christmas. She loves this gift. There's more physical activity involved that I anticipated. Let it be known that there are some free games you can download but there is even more that are for purchase. Check parental controls before letting your child play.

Everyone I know I have tried to get to play this. It's life-changing in a really surreal way.

But get an aftermarket head strap!

This VR is pretty legit for being one of few on the market. It's a bit crazy actually being in it and realizing you're just in your living room. The games are awesome, and the system itself has so much potential for becoming even more mind blowing. The main downside I can say about this (as well as every person I know who has one, it seems) is the battery life. Holy cow. It is almost not worth it with how quickly the battery goes down. I get that it's a brand new concept and a lot goes into each aspect so I do give it the benefit of the doubt there, however.

Grandsons love this. So do their parents!
