I own a few of these boxes. It's a simple plastic box. Latch often will fall off. I often have to put it back on which is inconvenient. The plastic clear storage area on top of lid, depending on box, doesn't securely close so when opening it any item stored in it will dump all over. Both issues are contrary to the purpose of owning the box which is improved organization to save time.

Buttons that keep the hinges in are flimsy and come out easily/are easy to break. Good container if not being put through a lot of pressure or being knocked around a lot.

This is the only hanging-folder file box I've ever used. Love it. Sturdy, been through several moves. I only replaced it because my girlfriend packed the files inside and threw this out during my most recent move (no clue why....). Definitely a great little box.
