Well worth the purchase. Burgers fit great. Throw right into freezer instead of plastic wrapping.

Easy enough to put in meat, level it with tool provided then cover/seal pan with top. Holds 8 patties I believe. Flexible material. Frozen burgers pop out easily. You just need to have a decent amt of horizontal freezer space for it. I'm pleased so far.

I almost got a more traditional single burger press but chose this instead. It's brilliant. It is on the expensive side, I thought, but it has more than paid for itself. Easy to use and clean. I find it easier to pop the patties out when they are chilled/frozen. I used the little plastic press at first but just use my fingers to press the meat now. Burgers hold their shape really well. I can flip the whole silicone mold over onto my Ninja Foodi air fryer rack, which is handy. I just bought a second one, because I eat a loooooot of burgers.

I like to buy ground beef on sale and have burgers ready to go. Is easy to make the burgers, freeze them a few hours and then transfer them. If you them freeze burgers with a food saver shrink wrap , they will keep fresher for months. There is one negative though. the top is hard to get completely sealed unless the whole thing is assembled on a flat surface. So it would not be my preference to freeze anything longer a few hours.

Have been looking for a burger/patty maker for awhile and this one had consistently good reviews. I received it yesterday, washed and dried it, and proceeded to use my 2 lbs of ground turkey to make some burgers. The patties are a good size for me, I mostly eat them without a bun, and it was pretty easy to fill the holes and use the (included) press. The press has a dimple on the underside, leaving a slight indentation in the patty. When I went to put them into the freezer, the thing flopped and I almost dropped everything. It took about 3 hours to freeze them enough to be able to wrap them individually and store them in the freezer. They popped out just fine. I didn't use any non stick spray. (I chose not to freeze them in the patty maker, since the lid doesn't really snap on). I did this twice, which took a good part of my Sunday to accomplish. So, I give this thing a 4 out of 5. Here is my recommendation: Put the thing on a cookie sheet or tray, so it doesn't flop around. Other than that, I like this and instead of my uneven patties made by hand, these are uniform and consistent in size.

The quality of the silicone is so goodthick..matte like finish. Super easy to clean (nothing really sticks to it) The press makes making Patties so much easier and faster then by hand.also so nice that you can close it up and put in fridge..or even freeze fir laterno complaints at all truely Only reason I personally am not hobbit a 5 star, is a personal preferenceI prefer when making home burgers to do them a bit thinner but larger; cause they shrink up when cooked (these are just not as large as I perfer)

I love to make burgers but always make them too big. This thing is a game changer. It is made of of thick silicone, holds 8 patties and has a marking on the inside of every ring for 1/4 lb or 1/3 lb patties. The little burger press is great and has a bump on it to dimple your burgers so they don't bulk up in the middle when cooking. The lid fits very nice and it is both freezer and dishwasher safe so you can make up a batch of burgers and freeze all or some of them. Overall, I love it.

This patty maker is a great tool to use for making burgers. It makes perfectly sized patties and even includes a small indentation to help prevent your patties from puffing up while cooking. Being freezer-safe also means that you can make all the patties and freeze them in the container until you are ready to use them. The lid also helps to preserve them.

I'm used to working with this type of burger patty maker because I already have others from another brand at home, and I have to say that the Outset ones do a good job for preparing the patties. But the Outset one is made of a thinner silicone, therefore, it's less rigid and bends easily. The major issue I have with this burger patty maker is that the cover doesn't remain closer because it's more flexible than the other one I have. The cover doesn't overlap enough the bottom tray, therefore it opens easily when you carry it. Furthermore, I can't put it in my dishwasher because it doesn't stand up. I hope this helps you.

This burger patty maker is great. I never bother getting one before as I normally just make the patty by hand so they do look uneven and the Center is always thicker. Now that I have this, the patty all shape perfectly lol! As the description says, I probably will also use it to freeze other sauces and stuff to make good use of it! Great tool!

I have a couple different hamburger makers, this is a bit different than any of them. This silicone mold takes up a little less space while making burgers - instead of making them in a separate patty former and then taking each one out and putting them on a plate, you can just put your seasoned balls of ground meat into each spot, squish them down with the included press and put the lid on it when they're all full. The press has a little extra bump in the middle to give your burger a thinner part in the centre that will disappear as the burger cooks and shrinks. While you could in theory freeze your burgers in this, I'd just do that until they're frozen enough not to stick together, then put them in a freezer bag. This mold doesn't have an airtight seal, I think your burgers would get freezer burnt if you stored them in it long-term. Overall I think this is a good product; it provides a place to store your burgers until you're ready to cook them without needing a separate container, and the silicone makes it easy to remove them without having to use parchment, etc. I would order this item again.

This silicone made Outset Burger Patty Maker is not air tight. I do like the concept that you can see the lines for different size burgers from 1/4, 1/3 and 1/2 lb. but if you have a scale that takes care of that for you and would be more precise. I have used it to make sausage patties and once frozen they pop out easily because of the silicone. I like the press because it has a little dome on the underside that actually slightly indents your burger which helps when cooking your burgers. What I don't like is the size of this, it is quite large and takes up space in your freezer and cupboard if not in use and it is very flimsy. I would not attempt putting a liquid in this. Don't forget it is not Air Tight and I think it is overpriced.

Good product. Worth considering. Recommended accordingly.

I've always talked about getting burger presses and the like. I got this to make a ton of burgers for the summertime, and we do a ton of BBQ'ing. Now with this, we can make a lot of burgers and freeze them and have them ready for patio season. Well made silicon mold, with nice press that fits into the kit for storage while not in usage.

This burger press is nice to make homemade burgers easily. Each cavity has markings for 1/4 lb and 1/3 lb however the packaging also says it's marked for 1/2 lbs as well but I cannot see that. This set makes 8 burgers and it took about 2 lbs of meat to fill all the sections evenly. The silicone is sturdy, and makes it easy to pop out a frozen burger when needed. I do find the lid doesn't stay on as best as it should. It doesn't really hold securely so if you're not careful about ensuring it's sealed in the freezer, you may end up with freezer burn. I have been looking for one of these for quite some time and it has made my burger making process a lot easier.
