I am pleased with the performance of this product. It takes a little adjusting the volume to minimize background noise. I only use for watching tv. I don't think this would be very good for crowd setting because the background noise would be too much. Would recommend for use for inhome tv watching.

I use this to help me hear TV without turning up the volume too much for other listeners. I have to frequently adjust the volume to keep distortion under control, but in general it is very helpful.

Seems working good goes very loud i gave severe hearing loss i use as backup when hearing aid not working i think need upgrade the ear microphone to make it great

I love your loud ear. I bought this for my 91 year old mother. I f I could make a suggestion. Can you please put a numbered dial 1,2,3,4,5 etc. on your volume control. It would help a lot. To reset the volume in the same place evetime. Because now you have to turn it off amp; you have to guess where the volume was before. Except that minor problem it works great.

My father is 95 years old, he doesn't hear well, but with this amplifier he can hear pretty well and following a conversation.

Compact easy to use. There isn't a digital read out to show the volume but this isn't a problem for the user.

It does not take the place of customized hearing aids but is very helpful until I get the hearing aids. Batteries need to be changed every 5 to 6 days when using most if the day.

At first I was really botherd by scratchy noise, particularly when moving the plug. I replaced the earpiece with a good set of binaaural buds and the noise is gone! BTW, the unit seems to be binaural in function.
