I have no issue with this counter. I use it to count laps my laps when I walk. To' eliminate the beep use a long press on the button. It's simple enough to figure out. The cord is long enough to hang around your neck. The color matches my headphones. So far I have no problems or complaints.

I've tried digital counters and analog ones, they all break eventually. I'm using this to count mantras, and I do 1,728 every single day, so I need a good counter!I bought this one thinking it will outlast the others. I think it will but it's way too soon to tell.I thought maybe I'd return it because of the annoying beeping noise. No worries, can turn that off by holding the main click button until you hear the beep, then next count will not beep.Does not auto shut off. You have to reset it to 0, hold to do that, then hold the button again to turn it off.Annoying perhaps, but features like this is what will make it last a long time I think,

Compact and well designed product. Completely equivalent to a mechanical counter when it is held in hand for tally counts. When using the long lanyard and hanging it around your neck with counter dangling in front of your chest, the counter can be inadvertently triggered; the trigger button switch is sensitive to touch or accidental pressure. I use it to monitor the number of glasses I drink during the day and find it to false trigger many times. Otherwise it is a product of high quality.

Received in September 2019, went to use it Jan 2020 and it didn't work. Supplied battery leaked and wrecked the battery spring. I tried cleaning spring, but no good.
