I grow my own garlic, can roast several cloves at once! I have always wanted one. Discolors with use but that is expected.

If you love Roasted Garlic, THIS is the thing for you!! I bought this not really knowing what to expect, actually I felt it was kind of unnecessary seeing you can just put garlic into tin foil or on a baking sheet and roast it that way, but I was very wrong. This terra cotta Garlic Roaster roasts the garlic much like a roasting pan with a lid would roast your turkey or roast beef. It bakes it while it steams it, and the result is incredible tasting, perfect every time, roasted garlic that will impress anybody that is lucky enough to have some. Roast a few heads of garlic for you and your family's steak dinner, or on italian food night to garnish your pasta dish, and/or spread onto slices of italian bread. The other day we roasted a small 5lb chicken, and roasted 2 heads of garlic to go with that meal, just delicious. With the health benefits of garlic, the possibilities are really endless. For the price of the thing, its a kitchen must-have, if you are a garlic lover!
