The pump comes with the filter and the regulator included in the pump's body. All you need to do is to remove the old pump, to install this new one and to connect the wires. You find on YouTube a proper video if you want to install it yourself; look for '2001-2004 Ford Escape fuel pump' or 'Fuel pump replacement 01 Ford Escape 3L'. About a 30 minutes job.

The fuel pump assembly came in good condition and is working great. Very satisfied.
