I only gave a 4-star because it is different than the one I ordered a couple years ago. I think they changed the formula, or the scent. The scent of my old one is really nostalgic to me, and I was disappointed that this new one smells different. The smell is nice, but just different. The lip cream is really smooth and feels refreshing and soothing on my lips. It's very nice.
