I don't have an exceptionally huge noggin (5'11" 250lbs) but this thing fits way too tight, like it's a couple sizes too small. I don't even wear it because it is so uncomfortable. One size fits all....not so much. I picked up an off brand beanie which fits much better than this brain squisher.

This is great. i got one for my son, he likes bright colors for work. his girlfriend loved it to so i got her one as well. they said they are comfortable, warm, breathable, fit perfect and have been perfect for them
