I have this hooked up to my dust collector in my woodshop. Then I have a remote at the table saw and at the edge sander. Whichever machine I am at I just press the button and its on. Saves a lot of time walking back and forth and lets me have the dust collector further away for less noise.

Nothing amazing but it has been working good so far. I use it to connect to my dust collection system. I am not convinced that it’s going to work for more than a few months just based on the look and feel of it. Seems a bit cheap but for the price not too bad. Didn’t want to spend a ton on a remote switch like an ivac etc.

I got this to put on my dust collector. It was as easy as plugging it into the wall and plugging in the tool. Works great. Will buy again if I need something else on a remote.

I had a similar remote control outlet for Christmas lights and needed another - this one worked perfect for what I needed. The remote reaches a pretty good distance - I don't need to stand right next to a window or even go outside to use it. The outlet has been through about 14" of snow recently as well and the lights still work, so I'd definitely consider this weatherproof as well. Will buy again if in need!

I've got a medium size shopvac I bolted to my garage door support brackets against the ceiling, and obviously that makes the power switch a LITTLE hard to turn on. This zip tied close to the nozzle makes using it super convenient. Some old pool hose we just had laying around worked great for extending the hose and it's a fantastic setup enabled by this switch. Would recommend, but be careful you wouldn't be overloading it.

Bought this for a dust collection system. Ended up moving the unit into another room separated by a 6 inch insulated wall. Didnt think the receiver would pick up the signal. However, ti my amazement it worked like a charm. Recommend this product and will buy more for other 120 volt applications

This thing is such a time and energy saver I no longer have to go back and forth to turn on my dust collector so I can run my saw. Just hit the button and it comes on, hit the button again and it goes off wished I would’ve bought it sooner

Ordered to replace timer for outdoor Christmas lights. Was easy to switch to the remote so I can turn them on and off at my convenience. The price was right and installation was a breeze. Simply plug in and use the remote...indoors or out. So far have used for several weeks. I would recommend.

Past remotes I've purchased have only lasted a couple of months. I purchased this one to control my outside Christmas lights. It is under cover on a porch so it's out of the weather. The real test will be if it works again next Christmas when I plug it back in. So far, so good.
