From watches to calculators, Casio is one of the names I trust. They are durable and lasts for so long. And their products are always a step a head other brands. Love that this calculator is a dual power (so as my entry level scientific calculator). Nowadays, we easy throw things away soon as it stops working, even if it's not necessarily being broken. So if you don't use this calculator for a couple or so straight years, having calculators prebuilt in our phone and all (I have it to use for my school), all you have to do is unscrew the backing and replace the button battery and its usable again. I did pay a few more dollars just because it's pink. And what's the point of opting for the brand Casio of you don't plan of keeping it forever. I didn't intend to buy a disposable dollar store quality after all. Another plus is the bonus cover. Both my scientific and regular calculators came with them, wow!
