I wasn't looking to spend much for a floaty for a water feature that doesn't run that often. This one replaced one that had degenerated over the years of Texas sun. They are easier to open that the former one, look to be more sturdily constructed. I was surprised given the low (sale) price.

This seems to be made of sturdy, good quality plastic. It holds a lot of tablets. The lid has a screw locking mechanism, so it stays in place. I can't comment on longevity since I've only had it for a month, but so far I'm happy.

This device holds for chlorine pellets at once and has a 4-slot dispensing adjustment. It's sturdy and the lid secures quite nicely. I have thrown the thing across the pool a few times and that lid stays on. In my research this was the best value for money and way cheaper than what I found in local retail stores and pool specialty stores. I would buy this again.

I bought a home with a really large, oblong above ground pool The previous owner was a flake and would not provide his weekly care instructions and I've never before owned a Pool. Read a lot, watched multiple hours of videos on pool chemical maintenance. Slowly got a feel for it, but every time it would rain the chemicals were off again. I recently saw a video about using one of these to house the chlorine tablets. What an absolute game changer.this became.! I tied it offty steps with paracord as it's across from the supply jet. The water is constantly coming across this and dispersing the chlorine evenly. Love it!

Seems to work as it should. Have not had it that long, these things seem to last a summer and break so have to see. But so far so good in our little pool.

I love the fact that the chlorine tablet doesn't fall out of the bottom because the opening is on top instead of having to unscrew the bottom like of most of them.

Bought this for a 22k gallon in-ground pool. It holds 5 3' chlorine pucks. It's been in my pool for a month now and doesn't show any signs of sinking.
