As many have mentioned, putting this together was a pain. No tools needed but the directions are vague and snapping pieces together was tough. Once put together, it's great and I was able to fill all my Fangoria and MAD magazines without any issue (get it?). I have them in plastic with magazine backing and they fit wonderful. I may buy more in the future. Should protect against seepage too if in a basement.

I'm on the road sales and have magazine sized brochures etc. This keeps them from getting beat up, etc. Perfect storage or transportation solution.

These are pricy but much better than cardboard. They are a pain to assemble, hence the lack of 5 stars. However, I haven't found anything that can compete with the quality of these bins.

I ordered one and was so pleased that I had to order another. Perfect way to store magazines and comics. Can be somewhat of a pain to put together but worth it in the end.

As with most things these days less is more and that applies to this storage bin as well. When you unpackage the individual components is seems pretty light duty and more than a little flimsy. Once completely assembled (interlocking snap sections) it stiffens up considerably and seems to be up to the task for storing my art books. It should serve well sitting in one place but if it was something that would be moved around frequently or used to transport books from location to location I think you would be better served with a heavier duty storage option.

1. The assembly experience was horrible partly due to bad suggestions in the provided instructions! 2. The quality is terrible, the lid is flimsy and difficult to open and close. 3. The box is way over-priced at $40. This is way too much. I paid $25 dollars more than this is worth. 4. In retrospect putting comics in a leaky plastic box is idiotic. I'm an idiot for buying this stupid product. 5. I will never buy this product again. 6. The BCW card-board boxes are superior to this. 7. I'm glad I had nothing to do with the design of this. (I would be terribly ashamed if I had)
