ONYX 3/4" THOR G2 Impact Wrench
The ONYX 3/4" THOR Impact Wrench is the Generation 2 THOR designed to be the most versatile 3/4" air impact on the market, allowing even standard size air systems to enjoy the benefits of 3/4" power.This impact wrench maintains the short length of Astro's 1/2" THOR Impacts, but with 3/4" drive size capability. This tool is rated 1,100 ft-lbs traditional Max Torque (compared to 1700 nut-busting), which is thanks to our latest motor and large air passageways in the handle and trigger. This tool requires 1.5-2X LESS air volume to operate at it's peak potential compared to most 3/4" air impacts, beating even the larger, heavier & higher torque rated competition with a typical air system of 80 gal. and under. Designed with a new comfortable grip with a textured handle and linear throttle adjustment trigger. In addition, this tool features a power adjustment wheel and latest FWD/REV selecting rocking lever. This is for use with high flow 3/8" or 1/4" NPT fittings required (adapter for 1/4" included), 1/2" hose recommended. 6.8 CFM continuous use.

Gun has great power especially for size but broke in 2 weeks. Sent in had fixed for free, broke again 2 weeks later. Might hold up for home use but not for everyday use

Ive had this tool for a while now. Works well plenty of power use it on mining equipment. Impact is built pretty good. That being said there are a few things that are a bit of an issue. The directional control jams and is hard to change quickly. have to wiggle trigger to get to switch dirrections. When using alot during the day the shape of the handle will case a blister on top of hand from the body. Other than that i am very impressed with the amount of power it has for the size.

Unit will remove 33MM semi truck lug nuts provided lug nuts were installed to proper specs in the past (500 foot pounds) Due to its smaller size makes it handy to get into the wheels without an extension.

Light and powerful but don't mistake it for a real 3/4 drive. Don't think it will bust the nuts on a semi tractor but better than any 1/2 I have ever used.

I think this little gun is awesome especially for the money. I work on heavy duty trucks and equipment and this thing has some serious power. 3/4 power that fits where a 1/2 gun does. I have so many impact wrenches and this is my go to. Everyone of my employees who asks me about it winds up purchasing one for themselves.

Not sure how someone would be surprised this is a 3/4" anvil in the gen 2 1895 Thor, maybe them being the same price is a clue. But that's exactly what I needed, a 3/4" air impact that doesn't gulp down air like big 3/4" air impacts do, but delivers a bit more power with the larger anvil without wearing out sockets. Milwaukee's 3/4" is $50 more than their 1/2", this one was $7 more. I'll take it!
