We purchased this item for use at our RV park so guests can drop off their cabin key and gate opener. Easy to install and easy to retrieve dropped items. We've had to take the visor clip off of the gate openers so they'd drop past the security 'lip'. Other than that, works great.

The product itself is great. We are using it inside a business for our employees to drop customer payments in, and it works perfectly for that. The small hiccup we had was that the key that came with our original unit did not work to unlock it. After exchanging it for a new one, that was delivered same day, the key works and everything is good! Super easy to use and install. The opening is big enough that someone with very small hands could probably reach in and grab something if its towards the top, but the average person cannot. It can hold keys, checks, cash, small envelopes, and other various smaller things.

This will help us keep rent payments separate from the mail. Do keep in mind that this is not a bulletproof secure box. I wouldn't leave things overnight in it much.
