It came to advertised though it’d be very easy to get into if somebody chose to so if you’re going to purchase this, please put it somewhere. Nondiscrete do not leave it in the open as someone can easily just take a good elbow to it and it’ll open.

I liked the idea of having a combination lock so I wouldnt have to always have my key but in hindsight the portrait hanging shape (vs. Landscape) is impractical and somewhat un comfortable. The capacity is small and it is not helped by the vertical shape.

Purchased this for my boutique for my employees to put the nightly cash count in. I wanted to ensure they could drop the money and it would be secure. this works perfectly. There's no way for access after something is placed in the slot.

The lock is poorly made. You can literally just turn the key around in a continuous circle and it won't engage the actual lock. Sad to find this out after taking the time to install it on our wall.

Pros: easy access with key or code. Holds large envelopes. Keeps letters safe and dry.Cons: slightly awkward attaching the handle during install. Wish the code lock mechanism would lock automatically when shut (it’s easy to forget to re-set the numbers to keep locked for some with memory issues) so that it remains locked

lol script should be reversed to say open when open and closed when locked. Kind of ridiculous.

The screws that come with the handle are too long. Delayed our installation as we had to purchase shorter screws.

Love the drop box! In my particular application for Mail however, I wish it were a little deeper/ larger because, on occasion, I have to leave it in the box for a day or two.A third hand helps the install go faster placement and marks for drilling can be made on the wall thru an open box more accurately.
