I bought this to install on a cabinet hiding fish tank equipment working 24/7. I also purchased the temp controller so that they would not be on all the time. So far, working great and no longer have had issues with overheating equipment since I installed them.

These are probably slightly overpriced for DC fans but they come very well packaged and in a nice ready to mount system. The come with a convenient plastic mounting template and everything you need to get these going. I used two of these and made a DIY air cleaner that has been doing its thing 24/7 for months without issue.

coming from a PS4 Pro and a crappy usb computer fan, I knew I needed something better after playing couple night with the same set up which sadly did nothing for the PS5OMG this one definitely delivers! I've played so far 4 nights and have not heard the PS5 fans try to fiercely cool it down like it did with other crappy fan.

I replaced the very noisy fan on my woodstove with this, it doesn't push a lot of air but it is quiet so I can hear the TV.Fit perfectly in the hole on my Brunco Firelight stove, with only a little modding.

I am very impressed with the quality of AC Affinities Airplate fans. They are built very well and even packaged very well. Everything (hardware) needed to install. Great products - can't say enough. I have a home freeze dryer that is quit large and puts off some heat between the freeze dryer and the vacuum pump. I have them mounted in two separate compartments and need to get the heat out. The air is also lightly filtered entering the cabinet. I used five fans total of a couple different sizes in the end. Two inlet and three exhaust. They are quiet, and have been durable. I do have an AC Infinity Controller 8 which controls all the fans from one point. The controller also is a very quality unit and comes with the temp probes. This is a GREAT product line!

I bought this primarily to cool my ps4 that sits in a closed cabinet. Also recently purchased a new Denon AVR that needs to be kept cool. If you don't know, the PS4 fans get super loud when things start to get warm which would happen after about 15 minutes of playing. After installing a couple of these along with the controller my PS4 fans don't spin up at all. Best of all these fans are inaudible. With these I'm confident I'm ready for the new Xbox and PS5 too. Money well spent.

Fan very quiet. I wished it has longer cable

Found that this instelled in a hollow door reverberates really bad on high, but on medium, it does very nicely. Not a huge fan of the wire layout, but it was easy enough to work with. The quality of the kit is worth the price of entry, its well made, and exceeded my expectation.We have this installed in a hollow door, at the top of a closet where we keep our IT gear running. At the bottom fo the door, I installed a cold air return vent with a filter, so we could have air circulation inside. Temps inside the closet were higher without the fan, so I know its giving us some airflow, and can feel it when I walk by.

Used this as an intake for my indoor garden and works amazing! Ended up buying another 1. You can also reverse the fans to exhaust or intake!

I've had this fan for 2 months. It worked fine for the first month to month and half. Now the thermostat never turns the fan on. So, I am now having to just leave the fan on. Well I don't want to do that and that is why I bought one with thermostat feature.Very disappointed and cannot recommend this product.

This fan is NOT a 110 volt fan. It runs off a small power supply or a USB. The deceptive product description doesn't say anything about a power supply. Powered by wall outlet or USB port It is illegal to bury a power supply in a wall.

It's running on the lowest fan speed and I have my AC running as well as a fairly loud whole house dehumidifier fan. I'm 12' from the fan and I hear it running over everything else. My wife is upset because I a) cut a hole and b) she thinks it's obnoxiously loud. The dB reader on my phone reads between 48 and 50 dB.

Quiet easy to install.I reversed the flow direction of the fans for my application.Had to take unit apart and physically flip the fans.Only took a few minutes and a 2 Philips screwdriver.3 speed fan with OFF position on supplied controller.

I decided to build a desk to fit my needs. I have 2 machines that are running 24/7. My gaming machine and my Server machine. They were going to sit side by side in cubbys and I knew the heat would get bad in the area.Added in 3 fans total into the cabinet. a double fan for the intake on the side, 2 single fans for each compartment of the desk. The front control plate above my Gaming machine.Only been running a day, however it has kept the air moving and kept the temps down.Easy to install and set upWorks like a charm. Will be using these again definitely

Given the nature of these types of products, I wasn't expecting such good quality. The item has a bit of weight to it and nice attention to detail. In the hands it feels like a quality item. The USB power cable is nice and long so that it reaches to where you need it, which is more important if you're using more than 1 unit and have to make two cables reach the power source. The switch works fine, the speed and air output is excellent and the item works as intended, my synthesizer is remaining nice and cool on it's new stand thanks to this increased air flow. I recommend this item.

Able to run it on the low speed and don't hear it at all. Has 3 speeds.

I had looked around for a couple weeks for a more permanent solution to my entertainment center to cool my XBOX. I had been just opening the door to the cabinet for ventilation along with a fan that attaches to the XBOX. Even then it was always warm. I was blown away from the moment I opened this. You would have thought I was opening a new iPhone as nicely as this was packaged. ALL needed hardware to install the fan is included plus some! The template is by far the best template I have ever worked with! The attention to detail in the instruction booklet with pictures and text is again one of the best I have ever worked with (It is much more than a poorly written piece of paper by someone that has very basic knowledge of English). The best comparison I can think of is Lego instructions with detailed text. The fan operation is extremely quiet and is not heard over the XBOX running with the fan on high! After first use I could not notice a temp difference in the enclosed cabinet where the XBOX is and the door was closed.

I have 2 of these S7's, just ordered a third for a new cabinet. I also have a controller. My controller and first 2 S7's i have had running for maybe 3 years and they have been flawless. Every once and awhile i check the controller display and its always turning on when needed and turned off when things cool down. The fans are still super quite and moving air. Stop ready and order now. its worth it.
