In my ear I am wearing the largest size in my tragus and they look amazing. I like how they are a bit bigger so they can be a little more noticeable then just your average piercing. The medium size would also be great for the tragus as well.

as soon as i changed my jewelry to these, they fell out made my tragus close up. do not buy this product. very flimsy.
