The underside of these steel half balls should lay flush with your skin when you wear them with dermal anchors or surface barbells. You can also wear them with other 12g and 14g body jewelry with a matching internal 1.2mm thread pattern, including labret studs, straight barbells and more!

Each Half Ball Top for internal 1.2mm body jewelry measures 6mm in diameter and is made of a single piece of implant-grade surgical stainless steel, which means the posts are seamlessly and securely attached to the half balls atop them.
