Short sleeve mock shirts are hard to find, and J. Corey makes a decent one. At this price they're an excellent buy.
The 100% polyester waffle knit is fairly breathable owing to its porous design, and although some may find it to be heavily textured (perhaps rough) on the outside, the inside of the shirts is much smoother, so this does not present a comfort issue. They hold up well in the wash. Do be aware that the mock neck is fairly loose; they are long enough to be tucked in, but can also been worn untucked without appearing too long.
The "bimini" color one I received, however, was of lower quality than all the others-- one sleeve came unhemmed at first washing, the label was printed-on text (rather than a sewn-in fabric label), and the sizing was very large. I'd avoid this color if I were you; I recommend all the others without hesitation.
