Replaced the check valve with this thing. Spa kept draining, wouldn't flow normally. Thought I had an air leak. All kinds of wild goose chase ensued. Finally replaced with a real Jandy valve, which worked perfectly. This is trash. Do not buy. You will wish you hadn't.

I've installed this a year ago and didn't really have any issues since then. It leaked (meaning flow back) very little a few times, the spa was 1-2 inches low in the morning but not happened very open. Likely could be a small leaf or something stuck.

It does not come with new screws, but it works great! Make sure you do not skimp on the grease! Make sure you get the part number from the old valve before you order the new one!

Unfortunately we replaced our aged Jandy check valve 7236 with this only to now have our spa drain down. Buy OEM to avoid problems.

Bought this to see if it would fit my Hayward Valve PSCV2S2DGR. It clearly says it is not a match and that is technically true. In the pic you can see the Hayward valve has a small slot and the cover has nipples that set into the body slot. The ATIE replacement doesn't have those. On first install it leaked a tiny amount out of one side. The ATIE O Ring is not as thick as the Hayward ring. Replaced it with the ring from my old cover and it stopped the leak. This will probably only work if the old O ring is good. Worth a gamble since it seems like the Hayward replacement is $50 and this one was only $18
