- Please use soft dishcloth to clean the baking tray for the beauty of its surface.
- Please clean and dry the baking tray after using for its durability, stored in dry place.
- Please don't leave salt on the sheets over the time to avoid the stains.
- Tray will warp slightly when broiling at temperatures above 300 degrees. It regains it's original shape when it cools. Usually, all steel sheet metal warp when restricted by shaping.
