The pockets are to small for a sheet of paper, you literally have to tear the vertical seam in-between the pockets for them to work.

Some of the folders broke at the creases of the sleeves. I had inserted a lot of documents in there so that probably explains it. Nice variety of colors. Did help me organize papers that were laying about in my workspace.
