Use Form 1099-G Copy A to print and mail payment information to the IRS. 1099-G Forms are 3-up on an 8 1/2 x 11" sheet with a 1/2 side perforation and are printed with required red scannable ink on 20# laser paper. Mail as a batch to the IRS. Order by number of forms, not sheets.

Intuit-branded product much longer delivery so for procrastinators like who neglect to order 1099 forms a month in advance this was an excellent alternative - also substantially less expensive. Too soon to know if will be any issues with IRS or MA DOR but so far so good. Plan to reorder next year.

The forms were just as needed and I liked that you could buy less than 50 which another supplier only offered.

These forms line up perfectly in my laser printer and all information appears where it should. Using Quickbooks Pro, you don't have to worry about placement and accuracy. I'll use them again next year.

This is the best packet for sending your 1099's. It has everything including pre-sticky envelopes. It just makes everything so much easier when you have everything all together. Will order again next year!
